Andrea works as a Project Office Manager in Philipp Fischer's team. Together with the project managers at GAMBIT, she is responsible for the planning and implementation of SAP S/4HANA projects.

Andreas' points of view
In her day-to-day work, Andrea constantly encounters new customers. What may seem tedious for others is a real bonus for Andrea. “I love the insight into many different industries,” she says.
Andrea worked in her last job for 18 years. After the first interview with GAMBIT, however, the decision was made quickly: “I immediately felt comfortable, as if I had been working here for five years.”
For Andrea, one thing is certain: if you want to develop further, you have to be allowed to make mistakes. That's why she's glad that GAMBIT doesn't just talk about an open error culture, but that it's lived.
A few years ago, Andrea fulfilled her dream of owning her own horse. “It teaches me a lot - including about myself,” she says. Her horse also ensures that she gets fresh air every day.
