Julian works as an SD Consultant in Markus Gaganis' team in the Sales, CRM & Service department. He deals with the implementation, configuration and adaptation of sales processes, the analysis and optimization of sales and customer processes and the training and coaching of end users.

Customer satisfaction is Julian's top priority. It is important to him to always keep the customer's requirements in focus, to act in a solution-oriented manner and to communicate transparently.
Julian attaches great importance to an open and trusting relationship with his colleagues and customers. In his view, this is the best basis for finding optimal solutions for their individual needs.
For Julian, sport is essential as a balance to work, preferably ball sports such as badminton, squash and tennis. However, his young son also provides him with exercise - occasionally with a ball.
