Paul Jansen is a trainee in Marcel Freitag's team in the data migration department. At GAMBIT, he deals with the topics of data migration, tool development and master data management.

Without data migration? Nothing would work!

"The data that we analyze, process and migrate is the basis of every ERP system and every SAP project," says Paul. "So I couldn't imagine a better place for me right now!"

Making a tangible contribution to joint success

With his developments, Paul creates added value that makes the work of his colleagues in the projects more efficient. "It's great to be able to say that as a 22-year-old apprentice," he says.

A love of data and an eye for detail

Diving into tables, transforming data and setting up automated processes - these are Paul's favorite things to do. (Someone has obviously found their perfect apprenticeship).

The new is particularly appealing

In his free time, Paul often likes to explore new routes and faraway places - by bike in the surrounding area and also on international trips.
